A residential project for our clients that aimed to showcase their double-level living room, featuring a captivating fireplace while infusing warmth and coziness into the grand open space.

Although we encountered budget limitations, particularly concerning wall finishes for the fireplace mantle, we achieved their desire for a warm, yet moody palette through the use of hexagonal marble tiles, an asymmetrical mantel and warm accent colors.

Our scope of work encompassed programming, schematic design, design development, coordination with architects and structural engineers, project management, contractor engagement, and specification and sourcing.
