As the sole interior designer working alongside architects and builders, this project’s primary objective was to double the square footage of an old bungalow through expansion and a top-floor addition.

Our challenge was to maximize the budget for impactful design features. Leveraging the property’s tall and mature trees, we use structural glass instead of traditional walls for the upstairs den which creates a unique tree house effect that serves as a tranquil and captivating space for the family of five.

Our scope of work encompassed programming, schematic design, and design development, along with collaboration with the architect and structural engineer.
